Consultation Services

Prior to your consultation, those taking care of the Client will fill out a questionnaire pertaining to their current level of functioning. We will then determine what resources are most appropriate for the caregivers to use with the client. During our one hour Google Meet consultation, we will go over and discuss all recommendations with all who desire to attend the meeting. Following the video conference, we will send you a binder with discussed materials and information.

Approximately 1-2 weeks after receiving your binder, we will offer a 15-30 minute follow-up conference to answer any questions or provide additional information. Consultations are $250.00.

If you choose to purchase a Life Story Book in addition to the consultation, you save $25.00 for a total of $300.00
